Level Me Out! Glitter Smoothing TC

‘Level Me Out!’ is a glitter smoothing top coat designed specifically for use on chunky glitter polishes, textured polish, reflectives, etc. This quick dry formula self levels and fills in the shallow spaces that ordinary top coats can’t.

For best results use a coat (or two) of ‘Level Me Out!’ then top with your favorite quick dry top coat for ultimate smoothness.
