Starry Eyes

‘Starry Eyes’ is a bright yellow crelly polish that glows green in the dark, with gold holo shards and fun star shaped matte glitters.

*Please be aware that encapsulated gitd pigments are very heavy and may settle. I recommend using a strong magnet on the bottle to move the steel balls and help mix or a vortex mixer. Always be sure to shake well. Gitd polishes will also dry with a textured feel because of the size of the pigments, a good coat or two of top coat should be sufficient to combat it.
